The festivity grows. This is the first year that awards are given--and thus,
this is the first year that scandal emerged over award winners.
Alleged ballot fixing and biased judges? All true. There is only one judge
- MEVES! And all awards are FINAL. A new digital camera marks the spots and
the participants. Some fine weather. Some fine friends.
